General

VONAX eBIKEs are geared for maximum torque and acceleration.Top speeds will vary due to rider weight, tire size and surface conditions. Please view the specification section of each bike to see the estimated top speed.

Our Cafe style eBikes come standard with a seat styled for 2 people, with foot-pegs installed for the passenger.

Do not leave exposed in direct sunlight for long periods of time.Always store 50% charged.Our battery management system and supplied charger ensure the best lifespan possible.

Maintenance

Aside from keeping your battery charged, maintaining an Electric Bike is the same as any bicycle. Every 100 miles a basic tune-up is recommended. The most important thing to do is check the pressure of the tires regularly and keep them inflated as indicated. If the bike is ridden in wet conditions, the drivetrain must be cleaned and well-lubed afterwards.

We recommend fully charging the battery after each ride.If a battery is left empty for an extended period, it can be damaged and/or non-functional. We suggest charging the battery on regular bases. Do not exceed two months without charging it.

If the motor reaches high temperature due to overuse, an error message can appear on the display. This is to prevent damage to the motor

It comes 85% assembled… just need to install the front wheel, pedals and headlight.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United States and Canada (excluding NT, NU, and YK).

We offer free shipping in the continental USA. Shipping to AK/HI is $195. Shipping to Canada is $175 (excluding NT, NU, and YK).

Vonax eBikes come partially assembled. At home assembly takes approximately 30 minutes. Please refer to our Youtube channel for how-to videos. 

ORDERS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS

The Vonax team will have you eBike shipped out within 1 business day.

We accept returns within 30 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged.
 
All returns must be authorized by our customer service team.  Contact Us to initiate a return.
 
Both initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
 
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
 
Note that if the product is defective, we either refund or  exchange it for the same model or other model with the same value. If it is a warranty matter Vonax will cover the shipping costs.
